PIRG’s coordinating #shutdownCanada and #Antifa Canada wide, funded by our public Universities

The  #CancelCanadaDay hastag and the July 1st march in Ottawa and other Canadian cities was at least partially co-ordinated by Student Groups inbedded in almost every Canadian University known as PIRG’s

Much of the “Indigenous Blockade” activity you are saw last year was coordinated by a web of “student organizations” embedded in our public Universities that you have never heard of. But you desperately need to. The activities coordinated through these fun little after school groups are attacking Canadian society at every level, including the integrity of the Academic institutions they are embed in.  They are funded by student levy’s. Money taken automatically from each student a % of which goes to PIRG’s in almost every public University in Canada. They were founded in the US and directed by an agent of the Rockerfeller/Soros  philanthropic juggernaut aimed at the heart of our societies. I will end with concrete and immediate steps any citizen can take to disrupt and ultimately utterly destroy these organizations quickly and effectively.

We will begin dear reader with a look at some of what these heavily funded Public Interest Research “student groups” have been up to in the name of improving Canadian students University experience.

Quebec Public Interest Research Group QPIRG

The result of all this was the violent co-opting of all social movements in Montreal

“As anarchists, we initiated attacks in this space because we’re not struggling for less murderous police, but for the destruction of all forms of policing. When the police kill someone, sexually assault someone, imprison someone, we believe in vengeance, but we don’t want to stop there. By opening up space and time in the streets through attacking the police, people create the conditions to destroy other components of the material infrastructure of colonial society. We believe this is an important step to nurture the relations of care, trust, and reciprocity that are essential to any rupture with the colonial, capitalist, and patriarchal control of life. In the particular setting of this demo, we acted to open the possibility of complicity with Indigenous people who see the inherently colonial institutions of Canadian policing, in their entirety, as enemies. While aware that some Anishinabe participants were calling for a peaceful protest, we hope that others recognized us as possible future accomplices.

After Monday night, we’ve noticed some self-proclaimed settler/white allies reacting harshly to the direct actions that took place against institutions they ostensibly oppose. The way in which they have taken one or two individuals’ call for a peaceful march to represent the interests of a whole community speaks to the failure of allyship politics. The idea of being a good ally by following the instructions of an oppressed group inevitably confronts the problem of contradictions amongst people of the identity category in question”

If you look at the list of organizations QPIRG funds Annual QPIRG report 2015-2016(1) you will see No One Is Illegal. Jaggi Singh was also the head organizer for this group in Montreal. The group was founded by Harsha Walia who was one of the Organizers of the “blockade” training held at Carleton University in 2019 partly by OPIRG.  Walia would also participate in the planning and training for the “blockades” during a conference at Carleton U in 2019  . She is now the Executive Director of the BCCLA. How fun

Jaggi Singh used the members of this group NOII to form the basis of the Antifa in Montreal and used it as cover to rent a half a dozen bused with QPIRG money and transposrt this happy crew to Quebec City with brutal results . The result of all this was the violent co-opting of the left in Montreal which led directly to the disgusting events of August 2017

Ontario Public Interest Research Group, OPIRG

In 2018 the Ontario Public research group with some help from their QPIRG branch put on an Anarchist book-fare in Hamilton that ended up in a riot destroying part of Hamilton’s downtown.

From an advert for the event run on Its Going Down website, linked to the group of “counter-info” websites he set up in co-ordination with QPIRG.

Screen Shot 2020-03-05 at 3.14.47 PMOn Sunday, we’ll be running three simultaneous streams, starting with a look at organizing in small, rural towns, anti-capitalist Mapuche struggle in so-called Chile, and a conversation with IWW Montreal about revolution and anti-fascism. Afterwards, “Fight or Flight: Anarchist [Dis]Engagement with the Left” puts forward another possible path of abandoning the trappings of the left – one that leads towards more deeply involving ourselves in the daily lives of members of the working class as they struggle to survive under an increasingly aggressive white supremacist, hetero-patriarchal capitalist regime.

Finally, we’re excited to host “Stories from the Syrian Revolution,” where a comrade from Damascus will describe various liberatory practices from the first years of the Syrian uprising.

You will never guess who that speaker was, you all remember Ali Soufi don’t you.

OPIRG through its many subgroups also funds and trains Antifa groups like the one in Toronto. It was also this group that organized the violent demonstration outside the Hamilton presentation by the Peoples Party of Canada. Know the game by the players.

Screen Shot 2020-02-25 at 10.24.38 PMIn 2019 the Ontario Public Interest Research Group at Carleton University used its massive student funded budget to help put on a million dollar training session that would result directly in the private foundation manufactured “Indigenous Blockades” that persist across Canada.

Screen Shot 2020-02-26 at 4.35.01 PMThis event was organized by massively powerful international actors who operate from the shadows of corporate shells. These same actors have now completely decimated Canada’s economy, just as the Yellow vest and United Canada convoy said they would. It was done in collusion with the Canada’s eastern political/cultural elites in response to a group of Canadian citizens gathering in an actual grassroots movement out of desperation over the deterioration of their country and the future of their children. The brave and hardy Canadians of the Yellow vest and the United We Roll for Canada convoy were right again to fear for their very future. The goals of the million dollar workshop put on in response to them, is no less than the complete disintegration of Canada.”…

Why the Canadian Left need to confront and denounce #ANTIFA

Twice in the last two years the so called ANTIFA or Anti-facsist group in Canada has put on recruiting drives for the right wing. Displays of violence that have caused people in the center and soft left to rethink their positions. They have almost destroyed the once strong and vibrant street protests in Québec in a very deliberate and planned out strategy to enforce their dogma on social movements across the board. I didn’t read this in an article I know it because I have occupied the same space on the street with the ANTIFA. I was with Concordia University TV and covered the 2012 Québec student strike and many other social movements Live on the street. I was doing that because I’m a lifelong “Lefty” so this criticism does not come from the Right but from a lifelong NDP voter.

screen shot 2019-01-27 at 8.37.07 pmI know who ANTIFA are and what they believe. They are almost exclusively white middle class college kids who’s parents paid for them to be fed the poisonous Identity doctrines that have swamped our Universities for a decade. These doctrines extol them to violence classing some opinions, and indeed some skin colors as inherently violent and repressive. They believe that the way forward lies in violence and the complete dissolution of society.   I watched as their attempt to rebrand Neo-Marxist theory completely decimated the protest movement in Montréal to a point where only the merest whisper of resistance was offered as the G-20 dined in Quebec city last summer.

The images you will see are from an earlier Montréal ANTIFA “anti racist” demo in Québec city 20 August 2016. Most regular protesters who wanted to go where directed to buses arranged by the ANTIFA.

This is a slightly redacted (at their request to protect their Identity) statement from someone who traveled to Quebec City with the ANTIFA on buses paid for by Concordia University student fees

I want to thank you and congratulate you on your piece entitled “How Montreal’s Amazing Social Movements Got Black Bloc’ed”. Finally an opinion piece that is not slanted, re. the events that took place on Sunday in Qc City. I was there. I concur. I was there with my three cameras. Among other things,(worked for an International Organization), having lived and worked in a couple of war zones for extended periods of time. Your assessment and frustration with the left-leaning groups you mention is spot on. I travelled to Qc City on one of the three buses supplied for the Mtl counter-protesters. Although there was a mixture of peaceful, concerned citizens onboard, little did I know the majority were extreme left-leaning groups (the ones you mention in article). A tad unsettling when they all pulled their hoods up and masked their faces two minutes before arrival. Were we going to a peaceful protest or a bank heist? Jeezus Christ! I got wind of the bus transport via Cité sans frontières, whom I had never heard of before the demonstration for show of support to the (mostly) Haitian asylum-seekers at Mtl stadium, which I attended because I support the cause. Little did I know that its main organizer condoned violent tactics this past Sunday, and perhaps in general. He’s just lost me as a supporter to his FB page and organization. Sunday in Qc City left me very, very angry and disheartened, as you mention. I posted my photos on my FB wall (to friends only, not public) with a detailed blurb of my impressions of that day. My rendition echoes the gist of your thoughts. I had felt it important to give my take on things, since the printed noise seemed slanted thus far, sugar-coating the extreme left-leaning groups’ behaviour, which bothered me to no end (on both counts). I am sending you a private message, vs a FB comment, for my own security. Pity that we now seem to be in a state of fear to express our opinions online. Not OK. Thank you for your accurate, courageous and important piece. Keep your head down.

allowing people on the buses. These buses were boarded by masked males who demanded to know if anyone was media.  Most of the people taking the buses were social activists protesting in favor of immigration and had no idea of who their chauffeurs were and what they planned. What happened that day is shown in the video below. Several people were assaulted randomly, one senior being seriously hurt. Many more were threatened or sprayed with water guns filled with paint and urine.

After the Montréal ANTIFA’s violent demonstration in Quebec the right wing group they were protesting gained 1000 members in 20 hours.

Statement on “Montréal counter-info the Montréal ANTIFA website

This incident is greatly responsible for the lack of protest at the G-20 and contributed without doubt to the election of the most right wing government in Québec in 50 years.

They brand themselves as antifascist and gorge themselves on revolutionary “Gender theory” They label all who disagree with them as fascists and thus open to violent attack. And they have repeatedly employed violence against peaceful protestors. Constant, seemingly sanctioned, calls to violence on social media. They have been  sanctioned by the Canadian Left and Canadian Media who choose to ignore their nihilistic calls to violence in favor of the perceived winning of “woke ” points in the new church of intersection. I cannot stress the danger of this enough. They are branding all progressive movements with their violence. They are forcing people to polarized positions which is true to the roots of Marxist revolutionary theory.  Spoiler alert Marxism has not worked out well in any society that has tried it. This has resulted again and again in the rise of right wing populists in the US, Ontario, and Québec.

Whatever you think of the Yellow Vest movement the display of thuggery put on in Hamilton against peaceful protesters will enlarge it. On no planet in this solar system does this help soften attitudes toward immigration or any other social issue. It does show that the so called “progressive” Left in this country has lost its way. It has traded dialogue for violence and pejorative labels. Social media mobbing has replaced constructive engagement as the hallmark of “Progressive” politics. We are guaranteeing a huge swing to the right by doing so. The recent fiasco in the United States involving hat wearing students and a pathological liar, which many continue to back, should serve as clear warning where the dogma of Butler, Macintosh, and Chrenshaw actually lead. They have lead us to have to deny truth in favor of dogma, to celebrate violent attack on fellow citizens who disagree with us. These doctrines must be ripped out of our politics and the ANTIFA must be confronted and decried for the worthless thugs they are by the Progressive left or we face sure and utter defeat politically and socially. If you actually care about progressive social causes more that you do winning woke points then we must denounce them and push them and their supporters out of social movements.
